Today's workout

3 rounds:

225lbs Deadlift
135lbs Incline Bench Press
135lbs Leg Curls
150lbs Lat Pulldown

2 rounds (all 50lbs):

Skull crushers
Close-grip Bench Press
Bicep Curls

This is another DON'T FEED THE ANIMALS workout. I'm hoping to get my strength back up from my 2-week layoff and these meathead workouts are probably the best way to do it.

I'm sure I'll be feeling thise for a while....
